However, we do not guarantee specific booking results, occupancy rates, or revenue increases. Results depend on many factors beyond photo quality.

Pricing and Payments

Blue Rabbit uses one-time payments for most plans. There are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Once you have used the service to enhance images, refunds are not guaranteed
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future plans, but your purchased plan will remain at the price you paid

Fair Use

You agree to use Blue Rabbit in a reasonable and fair manner. Excessive use, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass limits may result in account suspension or termination.

Service Changes and Improvements

Blue Rabbit may change, improve, or add new features over time. We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Occasionally, we may need to perform maintenance or make updates.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. Blue Rabbit retains ownership of the service, software, and branding. Enhanced images are yours to use as you wish.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
